Executive group coaching for print shop owners.
You’re not too small or too big to have a coach.
Set goals, be held accountable, and work with our business coaches to achieve revenue growth.

Growing a print shop profitably can be difficult and full of imperfect decisions. Owners can become isolated and feel exhausted when navigating the ups and downs.
This is why having a core group changes everything.
If you surround yourself with other owners who push you to show up, hold you accountable, and knowledge share – progress becomes a byproduct. This is the next step forward for our industry.
You’re more likely to start your day with the most important tasks instead of putting out fires when you’re pushed to achieve monthly goals. You’re more likely to achieve difficult outbound sales targets when your Fabric peers help motivate you each month. You’re more likely to enjoy the journey of growing your shop when you have the shared, monthly Fabric experience – making end goals even sweeter.
Our founders have found success in a space for owners to share wins, losses, and best practices.
Fabric hosts expert speakers and workshops with its members.
You will have access to a digital and highly engaged community of shop owners who can give helpful and positive advice.

“Everyone in the group is fantastic and we clearly want to see each other grow. I’m excited for the coming months! Biggest takeaway from the last meeting is the Scorecard.”
Jennifer Neumann, Prism Design and Embroidery
“It is really great to be able and bounce ideas off everyone in the group! Even just hearing the struggles that everyone else has is very insightful.”
Tim Hager, Mountain T’s
“My first unscheduled cold door knock was a win! I’ll be honest—I just wanted to go home. But I knew I couldn’t face my Fabric group without checking this off my list. That quick stop turned into a job that more than covered my Fabric fee. Huge thank you to my team for holding me accountable—your support made all the difference!”
Brian Newman, Sublime Silkscreen
“We got more into some really interesting topics and good conversation. We also got introduced to our goal setting/accountability activity which I am looking forward to.”
Hunter Womble, New Town Graphics
“I love where the meetings go and the accountability. It really keeps me motivated throughout the month.”
Ruben Moya, 301 Printery
Is Fabric free?
No, Fabric has an annual investment of $4,800. This helps cover professional group facilitators and community resources.
How many shops will be accepted?
For each cohort, we accept ~30 shops to onboard them with their coach. We group similar sized owners together to help each other drive goal progression.
How big of print shops is Fabric made for?
Decorated apparel shops of all sizes. Once your application is considered, we will build your group around shops of your size, revenue, and niche, ensuring that you are in non-competing geographies with other group members.
Will I be paired with owners in my city?
No. We pair shop owners who aren’t in direct local competition.
What are the requirements for joining Fabric?
Fabric is currently only accepting applications for founders, owners, or CEOs of decorated apparel businesses. If you care about growing your business, Fabric is for you.
How do I apply for Fabric and what is the vetting process?
Anyone can feel free to apply through this application. Joining involves a two-step process:
Who will be in my monthly meetings?
We seek to pair you with companies of a similar size and business model to make your experience as rewarding as possible.
Can you tell me more about the monthly meetings?
Our founders have found great success in professionally facilitated monthly meetings with your group. They are used to set goals, be held accountable, ideate on solving problems, and grow revenue profitably. These meetings are two hours, once a month.
Are meetings mandatory?
YES! Committing to Fabric means you and your group will form a strong bond with your facilitator very quickly. Your group will hold you accountable to your goals and KPIs, and they will also depend on your support. While this might feel like a daunting commitment, two hours each month will quickly become one of your business’s most valuable meetings.
